SHIPPING and DELIVERY

To send us a message in relation to your order, please log in your account and complete the form Contact Us including "order reference" and "product". We will reply to you within 24 hours and messages can be viewed in the "order history and details" of your account.

 
Please note:

1. Registration as a customer is required to make an order. (we no longer accept guest checkout)

2. To avoid any delay or error delivery or address is not known - return to sender, please provide a current postal address and contact mobile number.

3. We ask you to message us via your account and with one email address only, preferably the one being used to register your account. If you have not received an email notification after 24 hours, please check first your email notification system Junk Mail.

4. For your security, we accept PayPal only as the payment method. We do not require any financial information such as bank account and credit card number etc. from you.

5. All orders come with 60 days guaranteed delivery policy.

6. Your order price includes delivery cost and GST. However, the order is NOT free shipping.

1. iHeels Australia is an Australia registered business, all prices are GST inclusive;

2. Shipping will be made within 3-7 business days after cleared payment;

National Delivery

1. Standard delivery approx. 1-6 business days of arrival via Australia Post Regular Postage;

2. Delivery cost: AU$15;

International Delivery

1. Standard delivery approx. 10-20 business days of arrival to Australia, US and/or longer to Europe via International Registered Air Mail China Post/Aust Post.

2. Delivery cost: AU$30 storewide, except AU$40 for Fetish Pole Dance Ballet Boots knee thigh high series and 20cm heel platform boots series.

EXPRESS SHIPPING is available. Contact us prior to ordering, the additional cost will be incurred.
