SHIPPING and DELIVERY
To send us a message in relation to your order, please log in your account and complete the form Contact Us including "order reference" and "product". We will reply to you within 24 hours and messages can be viewed in the "order history and details" of your account.
1. Registration as a customer is required to make an order. (we no longer accept guest checkout)
2. To avoid any delay or error delivery or address is not known - return to sender, please provide a current postal address and contact mobile number.
3. We ask you to message us via your account and with one email address only, preferably the one being used to register your account. If you have not received an email notification after 24 hours, please check first your email notification system Junk Mail.
4. For your security, we accept PayPal only as the payment method. We do not require any financial information such as bank account and credit card number etc. from you.
5. All orders come with 60 days guaranteed delivery policy.
6. Your order price incorporates delivery cost and GST. However, the order is NOT free shipping.
The order can not be cancelled once it is confirmed as we have started the process of deliver your order.

2. Shipping normally is be made within 3-7 business days after cleared payment;

3. If the stock of your order at the time you placed is not in Australia, we will ship it directly to you from our manufacturers/suppliers in China.

* You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once order(s) has been shipped, the tracking number and its appropriate tracking website for the destined country.
* Your order should arrive within our estimated delivery time frame, however, factors such as public holidays, delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the shipping/delivery time.
