RETURN and REFUND
1. Plesse check your order as soon as it is delivered;
2. Please try the shoes on the carpet;
3. Contact is to be made immediately upon delivery if the item is damaged, different from ordered in respect of replacement and refund process.
iHeels Australia provides 30 days exchange on sizes*, colors* and styles* given that shoes has not been worn; Simply return it to us and we will redeliver it to you, however we charge minimum postage for second delivery.
iHeels Australia provides 30 days refund policy excluding delivery cost (national AU$9.95 and International AU$30 are applicable to free shipping items) for:
1. Any unsatisfactory purchase including change of mind, sizing and fitting, color issue, quality issue and etc.;
2. Delivery address is not known - return to sender;
Replacement or full refund will be provided for:
1. Item is lost in transit (verification is required from tracking and shipping/post office);
2. Item is destroyed/damaged upon delivery (verification is required from your local post/delivery office).
All returns are to Australia or China when it is required.
All returns must be returned to us within 7 days or as per agreed.
Returned items must be unworn/unused and packed securely including any accessories.
We may ask you to provide photos of delivered item for exchange/replacement/refund process.
Customers are responsible for any returning cost of shipping and postage.
Refund will be issued within 5 business days after return is received.
