RETURN and REFUND
To send us a message concerning your order, please log in your account and complete the form Contact Us including "order reference" and "product". We will reply to you within 24 hours and messages can be viewed in the "order history and details" of your account.
Please be mindful that we are unable to provide the shoes for you to preview and try-on like in a shop front, as such we are unable to guarantee 100% satisfactory purchase according to your foot and preferences. You are encouraged to contact us with any concerns of sizing/fitting, quality, and/or any other preferences before ordering.
1. Please check your order as soon as it is delivered;
2. Please try the shoes on the carpet;
3. Contact us immediately upon delivery if the item is damaged, different from the order in respect of replacement and refund.
The order is NOT a free shipping/delivery service.
The order can not be cancelled once it is confirmed as we have started the process of delivering your order.

We charge minimum postage for second time delivery: national AU$15; international from AU$30* (see Shipping & Delivery for details)
iHeels Australia provides 30 days return and refund excluding delivery cost (national: AU$15; international: AU$30 for heels, AU$40 for boots)
1. Any unsatisfactory purchase as per your standards/preferences, including sizing and fitting, colour issue, quality issue and etc.;
2. The delivery address is not known or failed to pick up from your local post office - return to sender.
3. Restocking fee 50% of the item price is applicable for Fetish shoe series heel 12cm and over, Ballet Boots, Pole dancing shoes and Bridal shoes unfortunately due to they are required only by a special small group of people and for a special event. It will take us a long time or may never be able to sell to another customer who happens to like the style, colour and size you have ordered.
4. Restocking fee 10% of the item price is applicable for any other returns over 30 days;
60 days full refund or replacement will be provided for:
1. Item is lost in transit (verification is required from tracking and shipping/post office);
2. Item is destroyed/damaged upon arrival (verification is required from your local post/delivery office);
3. Item does not arrive within 60 days Buyer's Protection Period due to delayed logistics/customs clearings;
