Please be mindful that we are unable to provide the shoes for you to preview and try-on like in a shop front, as such we are unable to guarantee 100% satisfactory purchase according to your foot and preferences. You are encouraged to contact us with any concerns of sizing/fitting, quality, and/or any other preferences before ordering.

1. Please check your order as soon as it is delivered;

2. Please try the shoes on the carpet;

3. Contact us immediately upon delivery if the item is damaged, different from the order in respect of replacement and refund.

The order is NOT a free shipping/delivery service.


The order can not be cancelled once it is confirmed as we have started the process of delivering your order. Voluntary cancellation will attract a 5% processing fee and/or 50% restocking fee.

30 days local return* of unused product and refund excluding delivery cost* excluding heels 12cm above, fetish series ballet boots, pole dance shoes and bridal shoes, for which a 50% restocking fee will apply.

  • You may be able to return locally to one of our network warehouses if the service is available to your country (US, CA, UK, FR and DE) at the time when the return is requested, otherwise, all returns are to Australia or China.
  • Returned items must be unworn/unused/intact and packed securely including any accessories. We reserve the right to reject any return is not in its original quality/condition/functioning.
  • The international delivery cost currently is AU$30 for flats and heels, AU$40 for boots;
  • The delivery address is not known or failed to pick up from your local post office - return to sender.
  • Restocking fee 10% of the item price is applicable for returns over 30 days;

60 days full refund or replacement will be provided for:

  • Item is lost in transit (verification is required from tracking and shipping/post office);
  • Item is destroyed/damaged upon arrival (verification is required from your local post/delivery office);
  • Item does not arrive due to delayed logistics/customs clearings etc., that 60 Days Guaranteed Delivery from shipping date has expired;

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, 60 days full refund or replacement policy will be extend to 180 days.


EXCHANGE of Size is welcomed when the size is available. We charge minimum postage for second time delivery: international from AU$30* (see Shipping & Delivery for details)

* Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the return is received. 

* Customers are responsible for any returning cost of shipping except when error incurred by us.

* We may ask you to provide photos of the delivered item for exchange/replacement/refund process.
