RETURN and REFUND
To send us a message in relation to your order, please log in your account and complete the form Contact Us including "order reference" and "product". We will reply to you within 24 hours and messages can be viewed in the "order history and details" of your account.
1. Please check your order as soon as it is delivered;
2. Please try the shoes on the carpet;
3. Contact us immediately upon delivery if the item is damaged, different from the order in respect of replacement and refund.
The order is NOT a free shipping/delivery service.
The order can not be cancelled once it is confirmed as we have started the process of delivering your order.
iHeels Australia provides 30 days exchange on sizes*, colors* and styles* given the availability.
We charge minimum postage for second time delivery national AU$15 international from AU$30* (see Shipping & Delivery for details)
iHeels Australia provides 30 days return and refund excluding delivery cost national AU$15 international from AU$30*;
1. Any unsatisfactory purchase including change of mind, sizing and fitting, color issue, quality issue and etc.;
2. The delivery address is not known or failed to pick up from your local post office - return to sender.
1. Restocking fee 50% of item price applicable for Ballet Boots series due to the speciality style of made to order extending to change of mind (reasons such as heels are too high, shoes are unsuitable wear, uncomfortable for the toes/ankles/foot/leg etc.)
2. Restocking fee 10% of item price applicable for returns over 30 days;
60 days full refund or Replacement will be provided for:
1. Item is lost in transit (verification is required from tracking and shipping/post office);
2. Item is destroyed/damaged upon arrival (verification is required from your local post/delivery office);
3. Item does not arrive within 60 days Buyer's Protection Period due to delayed logistics/customs clearings;
All returns are to Australia or China when it is required.
All returns must be returned to us within 7 days or as per agreed.
Returned items must be unworn/unused and packed securely including any accessories.
We may ask you to provide photos of the delivered item for exchange/replacement/refund process.
Customers are responsible for any returning cost of shipping and postage.
Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the return is received.
